SUBMIT
We will favour Short's that are under 11 mins to be able to allocate more films into our schedule.
Films that are over 11 mins will lose points in the judging process towards their total score.
Duration category score = 5 pts
Under 11mins. equals 5 points total
You will lose 1 point per every 2 min over 11 min.
All films are judged using 10 categories, 5 pts per category for a total of 50 pts.
